Never stop working on yourself

Never stop working on yourself

Never stop working on yourself.

Physically, mentally, spiritually.

I know personally the past year has been a year of tremendous growth!

I’ve faced obstacles that no one should have to battle, but those obstacles have become easier by growing closer to God.

Every day I choose to focus on the things I am grateful for and what ways can I grow.

So, set those goals, surround yourself with positivity, seek out new experiences and challenges, and don’t forget to celebrate along the way!

working from home-

working from home-

or anywhere you want!

That’s the dream isn’t it? WORK FROM HOME!!

To not have a set schedule, to work when you want, not have a micromanager breathing down your back.

Impossible right? Wrong.

How about not having to miss work when your kid is sick? Or want to go to a soccer game or an awards assembly?

Go on vacation and not have to use PTO?

My favorite… have more time to share the gospel, and even incorporate it into my business!! Our God is amazing and anything that lets me glorify Him even more is honestly worth it.

I’m not making stuff up. It’s real, and anyone can do it.

I used to worry about how I was going to pay my bills, but not anymore. And I’m changing other peoples lives in the process. How amazing is that?

It’s 90% mindset, 10% skill set.

What do you have that’s holding you back? This is your sign to let whatever it is, go and follow your dreams!!

I’d love to share how I work from home for additional streams of income and talk about how it could impact your life.

Reflection.

Reflection.

As I lay here in bed sick 😷, I’ve done a little reflecting on the past year. What went well, what didn’t. People that came into my life and people who left.

It feels like a long time and a short blink at the same time.

Can you really say “I had a good year!” So many variables. Each day had it’s own rollercoaster.

Having a baby, joining a local church with my husband and kids, starting back school, working full time, starting a new side hustle, leaving a part time job. It was busy to say the least. Heck, I even started this blog!

I had days where I mentally did not think I could keep going.

And I had days where I felt like I was on top of the world.

Nevertheless, it’s good to look back and work through some of the things that you did or felt in the recent past. Find something you can grow from or even something you can do again.

So what are your takeaways from 2022?

School starts today! I had an 8 week term off and now I’m like- ugggghhhh! I’m out of the groove.

In these past 8 weeks I went back to work after maternity leave, started a new side gig, and just livin it up!

And now back to the grind. New year, new health and wellness goals and educational goals!

I gotta keep grinding to get to my goals.

So here’s to the next 8 weeks of class and a new year!!

Thank you for being here and listening to be blab on.

Self care

Self care

We always focus on New Year resolutions every year. But I have something better for you.

Let’s end the old year right so that we don’t even need to make a resolution for January 1st.

I’m leading YOU in a five day self care challenge.

Now, don’t let the word “challenge” scare you. The tasks aren’t difficult. But it will get you out of your normal routine and get you to take care of all aspects of your body in the last 5 days of the year.

We need to go out with a bang!

I’ll post each days challenge on here so you can keep up with loving yourself.

Hit the follow so you don’t miss a day!

And brownie points if you comment with what you chose to do to take care of yourself each day.

Where do I see myself in ten years?

Where do I see myself in ten years?

Wow. Just the thought of ten years from now is kind of scary.

I hope to grow in our church more and build the foundation of God within my children.

I will have a pre-teen and a teenager. Omg.

I will be finished with school (hopefully).

I will be living in my dream home.

I have big plans y’all.

Honestly I haven’t thought much about the future. I live day by day and set small short term goals usually. But I guess those short term goals are small battles too overcome so I can complete my big goals.

I believe God has a plan for me and my family, and I am allowing him to guide me and help me make the choices to live a life that glorifies Him.

So I want to know.. what is your 10 year plan?? It can be big or small, doesn’t matter. Let me know!! Let’s hold each other accountable.
