Never stop working on yourself

Never stop working on yourself

Never stop working on yourself.

Physically, mentally, spiritually.

I know personally the past year has been a year of tremendous growth!

I’ve faced obstacles that no one should have to battle, but those obstacles have become easier by growing closer to God.

Every day I choose to focus on the things I am grateful for and what ways can I grow.

So, set those goals, surround yourself with positivity, seek out new experiences and challenges, and don’t forget to celebrate along the way!

Reflection.

Reflection.

As I lay here in bed sick 😷, I’ve done a little reflecting on the past year. What went well, what didn’t. People that came into my life and people who left.

It feels like a long time and a short blink at the same time.

Can you really say “I had a good year!” So many variables. Each day had it’s own rollercoaster.

Having a baby, joining a local church with my husband and kids, starting back school, working full time, starting a new side hustle, leaving a part time job. It was busy to say the least. Heck, I even started this blog!

I had days where I mentally did not think I could keep going.

And I had days where I felt like I was on top of the world.

Nevertheless, it’s good to look back and work through some of the things that you did or felt in the recent past. Find something you can grow from or even something you can do again.

So what are your takeaways from 2022?

And now back to the grind. New year, new health and wellness goals and educational goals!

I gotta keep grinding to get to my goals.

So here’s to the next 8 weeks of class and a new year!!

Balancing act for our bodies

Balancing act for our bodies

I’ve never been one for fad diets or extreme programs. Your health and wellness is all about balance.

Finding balance in exercise, eating, and mental health is the key to success. I have always been that person that wants to know why or how. Ok great, CBD helps with x, y, & z. But HOW? Untreated blood pressure can cause heart failure- how? WHY is gut health so important for our bodies. How does this supplement work to benefit me?

We must do our own research and take responsibility for our lifestyles and what we put into our bodies. It is so easy to get caught up in scams and flashy bullet points, but have no legitimate resources to back it up. Once you figure out it’s all a bunch of crap, you’ve either wasted precious time, money, effort, or some combination of all the those.

So, I’ve started a new journey. I’ve looked within myself to find my goals and what I would like to work on or improve.

I picked the health supplements that would get me the results I wanted.

I have taken control of MY body so that I am better able to take care of others. My family, friends, and patients need me to be my best. That’s my goal. I pray every day for God to guide me in the path that he wants me to take and use me for His plan.

So, cheers to getting healthy from the inside out, being educated, and being our best selves.

Who wants to join me?? Who wants to be a better version of themselves and have support behind you every step of the way?? I’m here for YOU! Let’s do this.
